Real estate agents pay us, not property owners.

When you request a recommendation through our platform, we match you with the agent best suited to your property. If you choose to sell your property with that agent and the sale successfully settles, that agent pays us a marketing fee.

HOW MUCH DO AGENTS PAY?

Agents pay a flat marketing fee based on the final sale price:

- Properties under $750,000: $2,500 (exc. GST)
- Properties $750,000 - $1,499,999: $3,500 (exc. GST)
- Properties over $1,500,000: $4,500 (exc. GST)

DOES THIS INCREASE MY COSTS?

No. This fee:

✓ Is paid by the agent from their business revenue
✓ Does not increase the agent's commission rate
✓ Is not charged to or deducted from you as the property seller
✓ Does not affect your selling costs in any way

Agents pay this fee as a marketing expense, similar to how they pay for advertising, signboards, or online listings.
